The 10k training plan has clearly defined training components that are tailored to your current level and race goals. There are three different plans that are suitable for all levels including beginners to advanced runners. The structured plans make running simple so you can enjoy the process!

Level 1: 5-20 miles per week: No specialty workouts
Level 2: 15-25 miles per week: 1 specialty workout
